The guitar has some cosmetic wear: a slightly lifting pickguard, cracking in the finish on the bottom bout of the top, and the case has one broken latch – it still closes and protects the guitar fully. This 618 is finished in Tobacco Sunburst. More cosmetic appointments on this 618e include a single-ring paua rosette, Mission fretboard inlay patterns made of mother of pearl and maple, and koa purfling. Another great feature is the use of protein glues for the bracing and bridge, which optimizes the sound transfer between powertrain components.
