Charvel honors the inimitable guitarist with the stunning all-new Prashant Aswani Signature Pro-Mod So-Cal PA28. The PA28 is designed to deliver next-level performance and an incredibly versatile and ideal studio tonal range – from lush sound designs to crushing riffs and memorable melodies.

Crafted from alder for full and balanced tone, the body features a scalloped lower back bout and sculpted shredder s cut heel for enhanced comfort and unencumbered upper-fret access. The graphite-reinforced bolt-on maple neck is rock-solid, and has a 12 -radius rosewood fingerboard with comfortable rolled edges, 22 jumbo frets and 42mm Graph Tech TUSQ XL nut. The heel-mount truss rod adjustment wheel and Luminlay® side dots are additional game-changers for all touring musicians.

A big fan of vintage PAF pickups, Aswani worked with the Charvel product team to design the all-new Charvel PA28 humbucking pickup set. Featuring alnico 3 magnets for evenly balanced tone, these dynamic and touch-sensitive pickups sound equally impressive both clean and distorted. Glassy, chiming cleans with woody undertones are ideal for single-note R&B funk lines, while added delay or reverb churns out lush chords. With gain, these pickups soar with rich overtones and harmonics while remaining articulate yet smooth – perfect for the modern- high gain players and vintage players for keeping dynamics and articulation for rhythm and lead playing alike.
